On Website Design

"Five years ago, we thought of the Web as a new medium, not a new economy." ~ Clement Mok

Simplified Design

A website is only useful if it can communicate it's intended message to the core audience. That may sound like a no-brainer, but restraining the impulse for the extraneous is what we pride ourselves on. Too much information can overwhelm a potential customer. Our websites are created on a few guiding principles to retain simplicity:

  • Genuine material in a simple format
  • Aesthetically appealing and functional design
  • Succinct messaging

Responsive Sites

While the majority of people still browse with desktop computers, mobile devices compose a significant percentage of web traffic. Rather than spend the resources to create separate desktop, mobile and app interfaces for our clients, we've decided to simplify: device responsive sites.

It means we can provide the same set of content, retaining the same look and feel, across any device. This approach has a number of benefits:

  • Website adapts to layout of browsing device
  • Cohesive branding across platforms
  • Significant price reduction with reduced labor
  • SEO-positive vs. previous models
